We’re on the hunt for an Agile Coaches to teach and empower our software development teams to perform and work more effectively together. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with cross-functional, cross-cultural and highly skilled teams of developers to shape our agile environment and build high-achieving, passionate and dedicated agile teams.
In this role, you’ll contribute to building an environment where continuous improvement of all our development processes is a focus – through workshops, meetings and off-sites. You’ll identify roadblocks to effectiveness for the team as well as the individuals that make it and coach teams through challenges (including interpersonal interactions, teamwork and conflict resolution). You’ll feel comfortable to challenge the way we work and will find and suggest better methods and approaches. You’ll also identify areas which need improving in order to improve efficiency. So we need you to have belief in your ideas and the courage to challenge the status quo.
We’re looking for a motivated and positive team player, a pragmatic leader and effective communicator with a genuine passion for coaching teams and individuals. - Several years’ experience in working with agile software development teams
- Deep understanding and knowledge of process improvements, communication and group dynamics
- Ability to facilitate meetings and lead change
- Solid written and verbal skills in English
