Following Derivco’s exciting expansion into Barcelona we are now looking for an Office Co-Ordinator to provide support to our teams to ensure they have the resources needed to help fulfil the business needs. We are looking for someone with proven experience of administration to provide general support to the senior team within the office and help ensure the office operates effectively.
You will be an amazing organiser who can manage your own work load helping both the finance and HR teams by multi-tasking different projects and priorities and encouraging and ensuring the Derivco culture is maintained.
In your previous roles you will have liaised with external providers, to ensure the office runs effectively and ensuring the business is receiving the best value for money. You will also make sure health and safety for the office is maintained at all times and adheres to relevant health and safety legislation in Spain.
