As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist you will help drive our high performance culture and engagement of our people by helping the organisation to develop and implement industry leading Compensation and Benefit policies and approaches.
As a key business partner, this role will help drive business results through strong alignment of job design and structures with performance and reward. In partnership with the Executives, the Senior Management teams and HR leaders you will understand the business strategy and priorities and will help the business to build reward and benefits approaches to meet current and future business needs.

As our Compensation & Benefits Specialist you will create and continually update a company-wide (European) compensation & benefits strategy to meet the needs of the business. You will develop the tools, resources, policies and processes to enable HR to create and manage these processes, focused upon the key areas of organisation job architecture and business strategy. Focusing on both short and long term performance related reward, as well as conducting regular salary and benefits benchmarking.
Responsible for assessing current policies and making recommendations of actions required, working closely with HR Business Partners and Managers with pay and career progression plans, and working collaboratively with the Talent Development Team to achieve the desired business outcome.
