Q:What does a typical work day look like for you as a recruiter?
A: It varies greatly considering I am not only recruiting new talent to Derivco Sweden, but I assist Recruiting Managers with everything from creating job specifications and job ads to sourcing, screening and conducting first interviews. I also liaise with recruitment agencies in our search for new talent and I find it very rewarding because I get to meet new people all the time.
Q:What music do you listen to while you work?
A: I haven’t listened to music in a long time at work, but I must admit that the last few times I did listen to music I have played the official soundtrack album to the 2017 film Beauty and the Beast. Listening to the soundtrack is like reliving the movie, haha!
Q:What is your favorite snack/drink/food to have while you’re working?
A: I always enjoy a nice cup of tea during my workday. Right now I’m pretty big on this Guava leaf tea, a green tea with a fresh and mild taste.
Q:What is your favorite thing about working for Derivco?
A: The people – they are very friendly and caring. Being a parent I also appreciate that Derivco applies a flexitime approach which enables me to organize my day better and create a better work-life balance.
