Onboarding Process

Let’s make your first steps unforgettable!

Pre- Onboarding

• Receive offer letter and acceptance.
• Complete pre-employment paperwork.
• Introduction to your HR Business Partner.

Day 1

• Welcome orientation with HRBP.
• Introduction to team and workspace.
• Breakfast with your new team.
• Receive your Derivco welcome pack.
• Setup of IT equipment & software access.

week 1

• Introduction to company policies, culture, principles and values.
• Training on internal systems and tools.
• Meet with manager to discuss role expectations and goals.

First Month

• Ongoing training and development sessions.
• Regular check-ins with manager to provide feedback.
• Derivco New Start Lunch.
• Derivco Global Induction.
• Begin working on assigned projects and tasks, with support from team members.
• First Paycheck.

Third month

• Review progress and performance with manager.
• Set goals and objectives for the upcoming months.
• Become a true Derivkins, living our principles and values month.
